Dr. Jim A. Burbank, B.S., M.A.B.S., Ph.D. International Missions Director
Jim was saved in the midst of the Jesus People movement in the early 1970's. But it was not until an encounter with the Holy Spirit a few years later did his life radically change. At that time Jim was called into the ministry. So in the fall of 1975 preparation for ministry began in Minneapolis. During this time Jim met Nancy and four years later they were married. After both received their degrees and taught school for a couple years they went back to school for more training.
From there Jim moved back to New Hampshire where he grew up to help out in a young church until an opportunity came up to teach a Bible study at a near-by town. That study grew into a vibrant church called Household of Faith. Jim and Nancy pastored there for the next twenty years. Jim and Nancy are both gifted in teaching the Word. At the same time they helped several other churches get started.
Throughout those years of pastoring, a passion for the world kept growing. So, in 2001 he turned his church over to his associate pastor to be able to pursue his passion for world missions. Jim has gone to over twenty countries, on over thirty mission trips. Some of the places he has been to are Nepal, England, Costa Rica, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Haiti, Guatemala plus many others. His heart is to see the local church become intimate with the Lord and to build and activate vision in church leaders. The emphasis of his trips has been teaching in Bible colleges, building up the missionaries and the local church. Now, after a couple years off from pastoring, Jim and Nancy and their family have moved to Tennessee in order to devote themselves to the foreign field, specifically helping Dr. Nelson accomplish Vision 5000 in the continent of Africa. They have two grown daughters, Anna and Alissa.

Pastor Lynn Darnell, A.A.S./Acct., A.A.S./BMGT., B.S./AOMGT. Public Relations and North America & Pacific Regional Manager
Pastor Lynn met her husband Pastor Jon about five years before both of them took on the leadership of Harvest Christian Fellowship. Four months after starting at Harvest the two were married. They work together as a ministry team. Lynn handles the administration, counseling, and some teaching at the church.
Her call has taken her more into the community where she is active in two ministerial associations, leads a monthly intercession for the city, and teaches Job Readiness and Motivational classes. Bringing the body of Christ together is a major issue of her heart. As a result of overcoming three fatal diseases in her own life, Lynn has an anointing for healing (both physical and emotional).
Lynn began her overseas mission work with the inception of AGM. Experiencing the hunger for Christ that exists overseas, has permanently changed her life. Her own hunger and thirst have been increased with each trip. Being in other nations has ignited a passion in her for the US, wanting to see others understand how truly God has blessed us here and how much we have to share.
Lynn and her husband Jon have four children, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. They reside in Bluff City, Tennessee.
